摘要
吉它霉素产生菌ＳＫ４－２经亚硝基胍诱变处理，经过分离培养和多次筛选，获得了吉它霉素生物合成阻断的突变株，用生物发酵测定，化学薄层分析及生理特性分析测定，确定了突变株的吉它霉素的生物合成途径被阻遏，从而失去了产生抗生素的能力．
The biosynthetic block mutants of Leucomycin are obtained from St.kitasatoensin SK4-2 prodduc ing Leucomycin by means of nitrosoguanidine mutation,isolation and screening,Through fermentation and bioassay,thin-layer chromatography and physiological characteristics analysis,it is determined that the pathway of Leucomycin biosynthesis is blocked; hence no production of Leucomycin.
