外向FDI与中国技术进步:机理分析与尝试性实证被引量：369

摘要外向FDI之母国技术进步效应是国际经济学研究的一个较新论题,也是我国企业“走出去”各种效应中最值得关注的效应之一。本文在总览国内外现有研究文献的基础上,对外向FDI之母国技术进步效应的命题进行了系统梳理,鉴别出了外向FDI促进母国技术进步的几个机理,进而针对中国外向FDI分布现实做了必要的修正,由此构建了一个简单的实证分析框架。在此基础上,作者就中国正在涌动的外向FDI浪潮对我国技术进步的影响,进行了初步的经验性检验。研究表明,虽然中国企业的外向FDI历史不长,但规模已经不小,这种FDI对我国技术进步的影响也已开始显现。通过对FDI流量与要素生产率变化之间相关性的考察,能够较清晰地捕捉到这种影响的存在。
