摘要
细胞凋亡的发现及其研究的不断深入,使得人们得以从细胞凋亡的角度解释疾病的发生机制。无论是抗肝细胞凋亡有关的核转录因子κB和bcl-2,还是与促肝细胞凋亡有关的F as/F asL系统和肿瘤坏死因子,在内毒素诱导的肝细胞凋亡中都起着一定作用。从凋亡的角度阐明内毒素致肝脏损伤的机制将有助于进一步理解内毒素的生物学特性和治疗由内毒素引起的相关疾病。
Apoptosis can provides a new point of view to explain some mechanism of disease. Such as NF-κB and bcl-2 are restraining factor of apoptosis, and such as Fas/FasL system and TNF are stimulative factor of apoptosis. All of them do some effect on the apoptosis of hepatocyte which cause by endotoxin.
