代谢综合征中的郁和瘀 被引量：27

摘要 代谢综合征(MS)近10年来才受到医学工作者的广泛重视,现代医学对于代谢综合征的研究也不断深入。中医对于代谢综合征研究近年来也从各个方面展开,对于代谢综合征的辨证论治,有从痰瘀论治、有从肝脾论治、有从气郁论治。通过分析中医气化与物质代谢的内在联系,以及分析郁和瘀与代谢综合征演变的相关性,提出代谢综合征的发展过程是由郁到瘀的转化过程,代谢综合征的治疗也应针对郁和瘀辨证论治。
