摘要
目的观察电针配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法将98例患者分为三组,其中电针组30例,推拿组30例,电针加推拿组38例。结果电针加推拿组的疗效显著高于电针组(P<0.05)和推拿组(P<0.05);电针组和推拿组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论电针配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于单纯电针和单纯推拿。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus massotherapy for treating vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy. Methods Ninety-eight patients were allocated to three groups：an electroacupuncture group of 30 cases, a massotherapy group of 30 cases and an electroacupuncture plus massotherapy group of 38 cases. Results The curative effect was significantly better in the electroacupuncture plus massotherapy group than in the electroacupuncture group （P 〈 0.05 ） and in the massotherapy group（P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture and massotherapy groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus massotherapy has a significantly better effect on vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy than simple electroacupuncture and simple massotherapy.
