摘要
目的探讨五灵脂丸治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法治疗组54例用五灵脂丸治疗,对照组55例用皮质类固醇激素局部封闭的方法治疗,将两组进行对比。结果治疗组显愈率88.89%,对照组显愈率90.91%,经χ2检验,χ2=1.004,P>0.05,治疗组与对照组无显著差异。结论用五灵脂丸治疗瘢痕疙瘩,特别是对有激素使用禁忌症者是一种很好的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Wulingzhi Pills on keloid. Method The treatment group （n=54） was treated with Wulingzhi Pills and the control group （n=55） was treated with local blocking by corticosteroid. The results in two groups were compared. Result The excellent curative effective rate was 88.89 % in the treatment group and that in the control group was 90.91%. The outcome of A： test showed thatχ^2=-1.004, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Wulinzhi Pills can he administrated for the patients with kcloid. especially for those with contraindication to hormones.
