摘要
以NC50型钻铤公螺纹作为研究对象,用有限元方法对加工有不同应力减轻槽的钻铤公螺纹接头进行了分析计算。根据有限元分析结果,将应力应变值代入Morrow应变周期方程,得到4种公螺纹接头的相对疲劳寿命,计算结果表明,带API标准应力减轻槽的公螺纹抗疲劳性能最佳,建议采用这种应力减轻槽结构。
Take pin threads of NC50 drill collar as an example, Finite Element Method is used to analyze the different stress-relief grooves of pin thread connection. Based on the FEM results, stress and strain are inputted into The Morrow Strain-life equation to evaluate the fatigue life of 4 kinds of pin boxes. Results show that stress of the pin threads with stress-relief grooves is smaller than that of API standard connection without stress-relief grooves and the stress-relief grooves of API standard is best for resistance of fatigue.
