摘要
本文报告６例经ＣＴ诊断的主动脉夹层。ＣＴ能显示两个不同增强密度的主动脉腔，被内膜瓣分离，称“双腔征”。本文还讨论了其发病机制及ＣＴ对本病早期、准确。
CT diagnosis of 6 cases with aortic dissection were reported. CT could demonstrate double lumen with different attenuation separated by intimal flap, called“double lumen sign”. The pathogenesis of the disease and the importance of CT in the early, accurate and prompt diagnosis of the disease were discussed.
