摘要
叙述了振动铰削原理以及方式,阐述了低频轴向振动铰孔对降低表面粗糙度的作用,并通过对CA6140型普通车床进行改装,论述了使之成为振动铰削机床的方法,解决了企业生产中的技术难题,提高了一定的经济效益。
Relates the theory and method of vibrating cutting, and expounds the great role played in improving the surface's rough degree of a hole by axial vibration cutting in lower frequency. And also explains how to refit an ordinary lathe of CA6140 model into the one which cut in a vibrating way. The way of vibrating cutting is a solution to the technological difficulties in the production. It raises economic benefit.
