摘要
利用核磁共振成象技术(NMRI),采用质子密度的2DFT的自旋回波成像方法,针对辽河油田的实际情况,采用注泡沫剂封堵地层的方法进行了研究。辽河油田三类发泡剂和SunTechⅣ表面活性剂的发泡体积在高温下减小缓慢,具有良好的热稳定性,表明发泡剂形成的泡沫膜的强度和韧性较好,满足充当高温发泡剂的必要条件。静态评价实验表明发泡性能随温度升高而降低,同时温度越高,递减率越大。泡沫驱替过程是一个不稳定的过程,压力的变化程度直接影响着泡沫剂驱油的效果,同时,最大泡沫剂驱替压力受到了注入速度、岩心物性、温度、时间、含油饱和度、泡沫剂粘度和浓度等影响。2#泡沫剂的效果好于3#,1#最差。高渗透地层的含油饱和度在蒸汽驱替以后急剧降低,而在泡沫剂注入后出现含油的富积;相反,低渗透地层的含油饱和度在蒸汽驱替时的变化不大,而在注入泡沫剂之后,含油饱和度急剧降低。这说明,由于泡沫剂的注入改变了压力的分布,使得低渗透地层的原油的流度减低,改善了低渗透地层的蒸汽驱替效果;同时,由于泡沫剂的注入。
Concerning to Liao He Oilfield actual condition,the method of block layer by injecting detergent has been reseached by NMRI technology of proton density 2DFT spin-echo in BRUKE 47/40 system. As the result of the buble volume of the third detergent of L H Oilfield and SanTechIV Sarfactant decrease slowly at the high temperature, those foam systems have good heat-stability and stronger-film,which is the necessary condition of using high temperature detergent。The static evaluate experiment show foam ability decrease with the temperature increasing which curve is higher temperature,the bigger decrease rate。Being a unstable-process,the pressure of foam displaceement process relative to the injection rate/core's properties /experiment's temperature/time/oil saturation /detergent viscocity and concentration etc changing-degree directly affect to the effectiveness of detergent displacing oil and the max-detergent displacement pressure.From the effects of those foam detergent,we found the second detergent is better than third one which is better than the first one.The saturation of decreases rapidly with the steam displacement,but the rich oil actulation appears with the detergent injection inversely 。Oil saturation in low permeability layer change hardly with the steam displacement and decrease rapidly with the foam detergent injected as detergent injection changing pressure distribution 。
