摘要
目的：探讨静脉注射用免疫球蛋白（IVIG）对儿童难治性肾病综合征（RNS）的临床疗效。方法：2001年以来对20例RNS患儿应用IVIGO．3～0．4g/（kg·d）辅助治疗，每月连用2d为一个疗程，共用3个疗程，观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果：20例RNS患儿16例达到完全缓解，不良反应轻微少见。结论：IVIG是治疗儿童RNS安全有效的辅助治疗药物。
Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of intravenous immunoglobulin （IVIG） in the treatment of refractory nephritic syndrome （RNS） in children. Methods： 20 patients with RNS were treated with IVIG since 2001, 0.3 ～ 0.4g/（kg·d） for 2 days as a course and 3 courses as a total. Observing the clinical therapeutic effectiveness and recording the adverse reaction, Results： 20 patients with RNS treated with IVIG through 3 course, 16 cases requried complete remission, the adverse reaction was mild and rare, Conclusions： IVIG is an effective and safety drug for children in treating RNS,
