摘要
基于网络的教学质量评价系统充分实现了对与教学评价相关的数据、过程和资源的集成化管理。通过AHP法在教学质量评价系统中的应用,实现了评价过程中定性分析与定量分析的有机结合,从而使大量多因素问题得到相对科学的解决,做出比较客观、公正和科学的决策。天津大学的实践表明,基于AHP法的教学质量评价系统可以极大地提高学校教学评价管理的效率。
Teaching quality assessment system makes faculty as the focus of attention,and achieves integrated management of data,processes and resources relative to teaching quality assessment.By applying AHP to teaching quality assessment system,decision makers of teaching quality assessment can combine qualitative and quantitative analysis effectively,so many multiple-factor problems can be solved,and objective,just and scientific decisions can be made.The implementation in Tianjin University shows that the efficiency of teaching assessment management can be improved dramatically by teaching quality assessment system based on AHP method.
