摘要
地铁设计贯穿于地铁工程项目的全过程,覆盖地铁工程项目的各个方面。结合地铁工程特点,介绍了从投资控制、质量控制、项目管理以及工程接口管理等几方面实行地铁设计技术质量管理的实践,以达到“规划满意、环保满意、业主满意”,实现地铁工程设计创优。
Metro project is a complex construction, how to promote the overall optimum of project quality is a big challenge, especially the qualing of the design management, which covers the whole construction process. This paper discusses the optimum in the design：the in uestment in metro construction; the quality control project management and the design interface, argues this discussion will be helpful for the requirements of planning and environment protection.
