摘要
河北省特殊教育的发展在全国相对滞后,突出的表现是特教学校的教育、教学质量比较差。影响特教学校教育、教学质量的因素之一是师资的素质。笔者通过对全省95%的特教学校师资状况进行调查分析,发现特教学校师资队伍存在一些问题,并根据河北省“十五”期间特殊教育发展的总规划提出了一些可行性建议。这可为河北省有关部门制定特殊教育发展政策提供依据。
Development of special education in Hebei province is relatively backward in the whole country, which is represented as the low quality of education and teaching in special schools. Teachers' quality is one of factors that influence quality of education and teaching in special schools. This article investigates situations of 95 percent of special school teachers in the whole province, finds some problems existed in the group of special school teachers and puts forward some feasible suggestions according to the general guideline of special education development in the tenth five - year period made by Hebei province, which will provide reference for relative departments to make policies to develop special education in Hebei province.
