摘要
目的:采用改性硫酸钛作催化剂合成DA-6。方法:通过正交试验确定了合成的最佳工艺条件。结果:醇酸摩尔比1.1∶1,反应时间10h,催化剂用量0.033mol/mol己酸,产品酯化率可达95%以上。结论:此优化条件合理可行,为工业生产提供了科学依据。
Objective: To synthesize (DA -6) plant growth hormone with modifying titanium sulfate as catalyst in the synthesis of ( DA - 6) plant growth hormone. Methods: The optimized condition was obtained by orthogonal experiments. Results: The moler ratio of diethylamino alcohol to hexanoic acid was 1. 1: 1, reaction time was 10h, the amount of catalyst was 0. 033mol/mol hexanoic acid. The transformation of the product could be over 95%. Conclusion: The optimized condition is suitable and feasible, which provides scientific evidence for the industrial production.
