摘要
PLM项目是当前企业信息化的的重要组成部分,要想通过PLM项目实施来满足用户的需求,项目的实施方法至关重要。结合国内PLM项目的实施经验,该文提出了适应国内企业实施PLM项目的方法,该方法对PLM项目的实施工作具有指导意义。
PLM project is an important part of enterprise information work. PLM is playing the most important role in the initiatives. And the implementation methodology is the key factor to prove the success of a PLM project. According to PLM project implementation experience of China, the paper introduces a special implementation methodology for PLM project suitable for China enterprise. This methodology can be more useful in the realization and development of PLM project.
