摘要
宽带压控衰减器在现代通信系统中的应用越来越广泛,首先介绍Hittite公司的HMC346型压控衰减器,它具有大动态衰减范围、衰减随控制电压线性变化、优异的输入和输出驻波等特点;然后给出基于HMC346的X波段宽带压控衰减器设计,最后讨论保证设计性能必须考虑的电磁兼容性。
The wideband voltage controlled attenuator （VCA） has been used more and more widely in modern communication system. In this paper, the VCA HMC346 of Hittite Inc. is introduced firstly, which has high dynamic attenuation range, good linearity with controlled voltage and well VSWR of input and output. Then one X-band wideband VCA based on HMC346 is realized. Finally, some EMC problem are discussed in detail so that the ideal designed results can be obtained.
