摘要
根据模糊水文学关于成因分析、统计分析与模糊集分析相结合的观点与研究方法 论，提出提高水资源可利用量的一个可行途径，对缓解我国水资源紧缺问题有一定的 现实意义。
According to the viewpoint and the methodology combining cause-and-effect and statistical analysis with fuzzy analysis that have been used in fuzzy hydrology, the paper presents a way to increase utility quantity of water resources.
