摘要
目的研究乳酸菌载体的表型特征。方法采用涂片染色和菌落形态特征观察,用鉴别生化实验,如糖发酵产酸实验、过氧化氢酶实验、精氨酸水解实验等对乳球菌MG 1363、IL 1403和乳杆菌ATCC 4356进行研究鉴定。结果乳酸乳球菌乳脂亚种MG 1363、IL 1403及嗜酸乳杆菌ATCC 4356其表型特征分别与伯杰氏手册中相应细菌特征一致。结论该乳酸菌载体系统可用其表型特征进行筛选鉴定,用于食品及医药领域中构建表达系统。
[ Objective] To study the phenotypical features of Lactobacillus carriers. [ Methods ] Observation was made with smear staining method and colonial morphology; appraisal was carried out on galactococcus MG 1363, IL 1403 and Lactobacillus ATCC 4356 with biochemistry experiments like carbohydrates fermentation test, catalase test and arginine dehydration test. [ Results]The phenotypical features of galactococcus MG 1363, IL 1403 and Lactobacillus ATCC 4356 accorded with that in the Bergey＇ s manual of determinative bacteriology. [ Conclusion]This Lactobacillus carrier system can be applied in the food and medical fields for constructing manifestation system.
