Advance in studies on charing of flame retardant polypropylene

摘要 从聚合物成炭、含硅化合物协效成炭、金属及其化合物催化成炭和无机纳米材料协效成炭等方面,综述了聚丙烯(PP)在成炭阻燃领域的研究进展。通过添加不同的协效成炭剂可以提高PP燃烧时的成炭量和成炭效率。运用多种方法协同作用正成为PP阻燃的研究方向。 This paper reviewed the recent progress in chafing of flame retardant from chafing of diverse polymers, synergic chafing of silicone-containing polypropylene (PP), proceeding compounds, catalytic chafing of metals and their compounds and synergic chafing of nano-composites. Chafing amount and chafing efficiency of PP during its burning process could be raised through addition of different synergistic chafing agents. The utilization of synergistic effect in many methods would be deemed as the research trend of retardant PP.
