摘要
随着我国经济建设的快速推进,征地已成为新增建设用地的主要来源,这也是全世界普遍的现象。“他山之石,可以攻玉,”借鉴发达国家和地区在土地征用补偿制度方面的有益经验,对于有效地改革和完善中国的土地征用补偿制度,保障社会经济持续发展和社会稳定都具有非常重要的意义。
As is common in the world, land expropriation has become the chief source of newly-increased construction land with the rapid development of economic construction of China.This paper argues that it is of great significance for the effective reform and perfection of the land expropriation compensation system and the security of sustainable social and economic development and social stability to use for reference the helpful experience of the developed countries in land exporpriation compensation.
