摘要 结合我国自主开发的“奥威”发动机在设计工作中的理论分析与实践,就低排放中重型商用车柴油机在开发工作中为满足高性能、低排放的要求及在高燃烧爆发压力和高热负荷下正常可靠地工作,对发动机的关键零部件,尤其是缸盖与缸体的设计概念进行了分析。文中引用了大量统计资料,表明了中重型柴油机主要性能参数的演变过程,各种结构方案分析比较以及“奥威”发动机设计的选择。 Based on the theoretical analysis and design practice in successful development of ALLWAY desiel engine in China, the design concepts of key parts and components of engine, in particular the cylinder block and cylinder head, are analyzed for meeting the requirements for high performance and low emission as well as normal and reliable operation of diesel engine for medium and heavy commercial vehicle under high combustion pressure and high thermal load. A great number of statistical materials are provided showing the evolution of major performance parameters, the comparative analysis of various structural schemes and the choice of design for ALLWAY desiel engine.
