非接触检测的心冲击信号与心电信号相关性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 建立了非接触检测的心冲击信号与心电图机检测的心电信号的同步监测系统,并且分别在时域及频域上对同步采集到的心电信号以及心冲击信号进行了相关性对比分析。结果表明心冲击信号的时域周期性明显,同步测得的2种信号节律保持一致,频域特征点对应准确。验证了非接触检测的心冲击信号的临床应用价值,从而为后续的信号分析及临床应用提供了可靠性依据。 In this article, the system is constructed which synchronously detects the electrocardiogram signals by the electrocardiograph and the ballistocardiogram signals through the non-contact life parameter detecting technology. Besides, the detected signals are analyzed respectively in the time and frequency domain. The results show that the cycle of the ballistocardiogram is obvious in time domain, and that the rhythms of the two kinds of signals keep consistent, and that their characteristic points in frequency domain are also the same. The clinical application value of ballistocardiogram detected by the non-contact technology is pproved to be high, which provides a credible evidence for the succeeding signal analysis and clinical application.
