摘要
汽车发动机气缸的主要失效形式是磨损。为延长气缸的使用寿命,必须掌握气缸的磨损规律,分析主要原因,以便采取适当措施和对策。将灰色预测理论应用其中,对气缸磨损量的变化规律进行研究。实例证明,这种方法是有效可行的,预测结果的精度较高。
The main failure mode of the automobile engine cylinder is wear. In order to prolong the life time of the cylinders the wearing rule must be mastered, causes should be analyzed and the appropriate countermeasures must be adopted. The grey forecast method is put forward in this paper to study the change rule of the cylinder wear. And the example proved that the grey forecast method is practicable and effective and the precision of the forecast results is quite good.
