摘要
目的探讨人工晶状体植入术后眼内炎的药物治疗效果。方法对10例(10眼)眼内炎采用局部散瞳、球旁或结膜下注射庆大霉素+地塞米松治疗。结果8眼经过药物治疗,炎症完全消退,视力有所提高。1眼炎症消退后,玻璃体内有片状浑浊。1眼治疗无效,行眼球摘除术。结论术后眼内炎应用皮质类固醇、散瞳剂等药物大多能够控制。
Objective To explore the medication effect of endophthalmitis after the implantation of introcular lens. Methods To adopt partial mydriatic, then inuect gentamycin sulfate and dexamehasone beside the bulbar or under the conjunctiva for ten endphthalmitis patientes. Results As a result of the medication treatment, eight patientes are fully restored to health and their sight has improved. There was opactityvitreous one eys after inflammation disappeared. One eye was developed into panophthalmia and must be performed vitrectomy . Conclusion Postoperative endophthalmitis should be generally controlled by the use of corticosteroid, mydriatic and so on.
