摘要
分析了我国城镇化发展的基本特点,在探讨土地资源安全基本理论的基础上,从土地生态、利用、产权、市场、税收、价格、金融、文化意识等方面分析了城镇化对我国土地资源安全的影响,并提出了在城镇化过程中确保土地资源安全的相关对策。
The procedure of urbanization has a great influence on the land resource security of our country. In this article the characteristics of urbanization in our country was analyze and based on the exploration of basic principle of land recourses security, the influence of urbanization on the land resource security from land ecology, utilization, property right, market, price, finance etc was also analyzed. Some countermeasures about how to improve the security of land resource were put forward at last.
