摘要
通过对江苏省村庄的实地踏勘与抽样调查,总结了不同地域农村的布局结构成因与当前的一些发展趋势,研究了现代村庄的一些基本特点,并探析了某些结论,如耕作半径对村庄布点与规模的影响,村民意愿的经济性、社会性以及生活要求的变化,在此基础上提出未来村庄类中心地布点与类田园城市基本结构的模式以及规划建设的引导与政策支持。
By means of site exploration and sam- piing survey, this paper summarizes the reasons for the layout of villages in different regions, the tendency for future development and the basic features of modem villages, It also reviews some conclusions, such as the influence of cultivation radius on the layout and scale of villages, the economic and social factors of the villager＇s will and the change in villagers＇ desire for life. On the above basis, it puts forward a mode of sim-central space layout and sim-garden city structure for future villages, as well as the guidance of planning and the support of policies.
