摘要
地下空间在城市未来发展中成为城市空间的有机组成部分,而地下商业空间的重要性还没有被充分重视,本文分析了哈尔滨市城市地下商业空间发展存在问题、需求与条件,提出哈尔滨市城市地下商业空间开发利用构想。
The underground space is an indispensable part of the urban space in the future city development; however, its commercial value is not paid enough attention. This paper analyzes the problems, requirements and conditions for underground commercial space development in Harbin City and puts forward the development and utilization conception for it.
