摘要
提出采用熵-理想点法对土地整理项目的规划方案进行综合效益评价,用定量化的方法为规划方案的选择提供了依据。
The entropy-ideal point method is used to appraise the synthetic efficiency of the plans for land consolidation projects, thus supplying a scientific basis for choosing the optimal plan in a quantitative way.
