摘要
本文通过研究发现北京城区教育信息化存在的问题,这属于发达地区的教育信息化问题,对全国来讲具有很强的先导意义。因此,本文在首都教育大战略的视角下提出相应的战略对策,如建立区域教育信息化专项资金制度,均衡发展各校；在区域机构人事方面进行相应的战略调整；建设区域教育信息化应用评估体系；加强区域优质教育资源库建设,发展现代远程教育,从而促进首都教育信息化的跨越式发展和可持续发展。
This paper analyzed the main problems of educational informationization of Beijing Center City Zone and put forward corresponding strategic countermeasure,such as establishing the regional special capital system for poising the development of each school, adjusting the regional policy on organization and personnel , and so on.
