摘要 介绍了微胶囊的制备方法,包括利用反应生成囊壁的化学方法、利用机械或其他物理作用形成囊壁的物理方法和层状自组装技术。特别阐述了洗涤剂的重要原料过碳酸钠、蛋白酶及香精的微胶囊化。 Preparation of microcapsules was described, including the formation of microcapsule shell wall by chemical reaction and by mechanical or other physical methods as well as layer - by - layer self- assembling technology. Applications of microcapsule technology for some important detergent ingredients, such as pemarbonate, enzymes, and fragrances were focused.
