摘要
温疫学派从不同角度对温疫的病因病机、诊断、辨证、治疗进行探讨,经历全新认识和创新过程,使中医对传染病的理论与诊疗体系逐渐走向成熟。特别是对疫病临床特征的认识,有助于诊断和鉴别诊断。在治疗方面擅用攻击性疗法、专方为主,随证变化、强调顾护胃气,重视后期调理,以及重视机体的抗病能力,调动机体内在因素,驱除疫毒等经验值得借鉴。温疫学派学术思想及治疗经验对于发挥中医药优势和特色,探讨新发传染病、病毒性感染性疾病发病规律,创新和完善辨证理论具有重要意义。
Pestilence school discussed the etiological factor and pathogenesis, diagnosis, differentiation of symptoms and signs and treatment of the infectious epidemic disease with different point of view. After a curse of recognition newly and origination of the new ideas it made the theoretic and diagnostic and treatment system matured gradually. Especially, the recognition of clinical feature was helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. In the experience to use an attack treatment and the special formula mainly and change with syndrome, to emphasize to protect the gastric qi and the regulation in late period, to emphasize to increase the disease resistance ability, the internal agent in the body and remove the pestilence toxin are worthy of taking into account. The academic thought and treatment experience of pestilence school played an important role in developing the superiority and characteristic of TCM, exploring the pathogenesis rule of new infectious disease and viral infectious disease, perfecting the theory of syndrome differentiation.
