摘要
[目的]探讨针灸加中药提高试管婴儿成功率的疗效。[方法]对25例已作过1次以上试管婴儿手术者配合针灸加中药治疗,并与32例仍按常规治疗的对照组进行疗效观察比较。[结果]治疗组成功率为60%,对照组成功率为31%。经χ2检验,P<0.05,两组有显著性差异。[结论]针灸加中药治疗可显著提高试管婴儿成功率。
[Objective] To investigate clinical the effect of acupuncture and Chinese herbs in enhancing the achievement ratio of test-tube baby. [Methods] Twenty-five patients, received one and more test-tube baby operation and the acupuncture plus Chinese herbs therapy were chosen and the comparison was performed with those received conventional therapy in 32 patients designed as control. [Results] The achievement ratio of treatment group and control group was 50% and 31% respectively. X^2 test showed there was significantly difference between the treatment and control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs therapy can obviously increase the curative effect on enhancing the achievement ratio of test-tube baby.
