摘要
用含有2500mg/L GeO2的培养基对灵芝进行富锗培养,收集菌体后用水浸提取汁,按比例加入到挂面配料中,所得的挂面风味和营养俱佳,并能强化人体对锗元素的吸收,具有食疗同源的效果。
Put the lixivium of ganderma licudum that grown on the media with 2500mg/L GeO2 into the dry noodles, the result had shown that the dry noodles were delicious and nutritious with rich germanium, and could give us the nutritious and curative effect at same time.
