摘要
主要描述了基于专家系统设计的基本思想,结合PID内部参数特性以及反馈误差对系统的影响双方面进行考虑,以一带纯滞后的二阶惯性环节加热器模型为控制对象设计的新型控制器。该控制器以反馈误差为调节依据,以自动控制理论和多次调试经验作为专家知识,利用专家系统实现了控制器的在线参数调整,有效地提升了控制效果。
This paper introduces a new controller based on expert system. The author integrates the inner parameter characteristic of PID and the affect to the system made by the feedback error and set a second derivative surface model of a heater with pure lag as the control target. The control adjusts based on the feedback error, using cybernetic theory and debugging experience as expertise. With the expert system the control realizes the online adjusting of the parameters and upgrades the results of control.
