摘要
目的:通过对黄芪中有机成分的提取,探讨元素铜与总黄酮(TFA)、多糖(TPA)及总皂苷(TSA)的关系。方法:采用化学萃取法从黄芪中分离出TFA,TPA和TSA,比色法测定其含量;石墨炉原子吸收法测定相应提取物中元素铜。结果:元素铜在不同有机成分中均有分布,其中TFA及TPA中含量较多;不同有机成分与元素铜在提取量上的相关性差别较大,元素铜与TFA及TPA相关性较强(r12=0.754 8,F1=57.202,P<0.01和r22=0.499,F2=21.906,P<0.01),而与TSA没有相关性(r32=0.002 6,F3=0.041,P>0.1)。结论:相关性分析能反映黄芪中有机成分与元素铜的关系;有机成分的含量及其结构特征可能是决定黄芪中元素铜分布的主要因素。
Objective: To study the relationship between copper and organic components, total flavonoids of Astragalus (TFA), total saponins of Astragalus (TSA) and total polysaccharide of Astragalus (TPA). Method: TFA, TSA and TPA were extracted from Astragalus roots using different organic solvents, and determined by colorimetry. The concentration of copper in extracts was determined by graphite furnaee atomie absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Result: Copper was found in TFA, TPA and TSA, and its concentration in TFA and TPA was higher; the content of copper was correlated significantly to that of TFA and TPA ( r1^2 =0.754 8, F1 = 57.202, P 〈0.01 and r2^2 =0.499, F2=21.906,P〈0.01), while not to that of TSA (r3^2=0.002 6, F3 =0.041,P〉0.1). Conclusion: Correlation analysis could reveal the relatinnship of copper with organic components in Astragalus roots; contents and structure characteristics of organic components might be impoctant factors influencing the distribution of copper in Astragalus roots.
