摘要
利用现代CAD技术和FEM技术,建立了新型多连杆机构内燃机主要运动部件的Pro/E实体模型和有限元分析模型,并在此基础上应用有限元方法进行了强度和刚度的计算分析与优化。应用ANSYS程序确定了各种因素对新型连杆机构主要运动件应力集中发生的位置以及最大变形位置的影响。结果表明:利用参数化建模方法,对连杆机构零部件进行结构优化设计,使连杆机构在保证加工精度和可靠性的前提下,不仅强度和刚度满足要求,而且可实现最大限度的节省材料。
In this paper, the models of Pro/E and FEM for the main moving parts in a new type of multi-link engine are done, and the analysis and optimizing for their intension and rigidity are carried out. The ANSYS program is used to make certain what influence of various factors on the places of parts at which the stress focus and the maximum deformation occurres would be. The result shows that the optimizing design to the parts' structure by using the parameterized modeling method will make not only the intension and rigidity meet the requirements, but also realize maximum saving of material while ensuring the processing precision and reliability.
