摘要
近年来一些基层公共图书馆的社会文化地位持续走低,馆舍陈旧,图书和设备匮乏,经费短缺,从业人员整体素质较低,到馆的读者人数不断地减少,部分基层图书馆甚至处于名存实亡的边缘化状态。文章提出了应对基层公共图书馆办馆困境的建议和对策。
The social positions of some public libraries at the basic level drop continuously in recent years, the house is outmoded, the books and equipment are deficient, the shortage of the funds, the quality of the employee is relatively low, the number of readers getting to the hall reduces constantly, the library work has got into a difficult position, some libraries at the basic level are even in the marginalisafion state. The article puts forward some suggestion, and countermeasures of running the predicament of the public library at the basic level.
