摘要
基于函数发生器MAX038、通用乘法器AD734、具有A/D和D/A端口的数据采集卡及计算机,实现了交流高压电源可自动调节的非线性电阻交流参数测试系统,可自动测试非线性电阻给定电流条件下的交流U1mA,U100μA,U10μA等参数,以及给定交流电压条件下的全电流Io、阻性电流Ir。用于测试系统中的交流高压电源,输出的正弦波电压范围为0~15kV,谐波分量小于1.5%。采用谐波分次补偿法求取非线性电阻的阻性电流,测试精度和Heithley191高精度数字万用表相比较,偏差小于1%。测试系统可用于非线性电阻的交流参数自动化测试,具有较高的测试效率和测量精度。
AC parameters measuring system of nonlinear resistances, which can adjust AC power source automatically, is developed, based on function generator MAX038, general multiplication AD734, data collecting card and computer with A/D and D/A port. The system can be used to measure AC parameters of nonlinear resistances, i.e. U1mA ,U100μA, U10μA and Io(total leak current), L (resistive current). The AC voltage output range from 0 V to 15 kV, and the harmonic value is less than 1.5%. Adopting the harmonic compensative technique, L can be measured, and compared with Heithleyl91 of high accuracy (0.1%), the measuring deviation is less than 1%. Therefore, this measuring system has higher efficiency and precision.
