The effects on RBC immune function in patients induced by laparoscopic surgery

摘要 目的:研究腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选择60例胆囊结石患者随机分成2组:A组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC);B组行内科保守治疗,分别于静脉用药前、手术后第1、4天采患者外周静脉血测定红细胞C3b受体花结率(RRCR)、红细胞免疫复合物药结率(RR ICR)、肿瘤细胞花结率(RTRR)。结果:A组患者腹腔镜术后第1、4天分别与术前相比各红细胞免疫功能测定值均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而B组患者无明显差异。术后第1、4天A组各项红细胞免疫功能测定值显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体红细胞免疫功能有损害作用。 Objective: To study the effects on red cell immunity injury in patients induced by laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 60 patients with chololithiasis were divided into two groups at random, namely group A and B. In group A the patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy. In group B the patients did not undergo laparoscopic operation. RRCR, RRICR and RTRR of the patients were measured respectively on the day before operation and 1st, 4th postoperative day. Results: On the 1st, 4th postoperative day, RRCR, RRICR and RTRR of the group A were obviously decreased in comparison with the day before operation (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in group B(P 〉 0.05). On the 4th postoperative day, the difference on RRCR, RRICR and RTRR between group A and B was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: Laparoscopic operation might harm on red cell immune function of patients.
