摘要
对于硬质合金而言,碳含量对合金的组织性能有重要影响。介绍了制备超细及纳米硬质合金时影响碳含量变化的因素,包括粉末的制备工艺、烧结工艺、钴含量以及抑制剂和成形剂等。综述了碳含量变化对组织性能的影响,其中碳含量过高会出现石墨相,过低会出现脱碳相,碳含量过高或过低都会降低合金的力学性能。
Carbon content has an important influence on structure and properties of cemented carbide. In this paper the factors influencing carbon content are introduced including processing and consolidation technology of powder, cobalt content, the kind and content of inhibitor and so on. The influence of carbon content on structure and properties of the ultrafine and nano-cemented carbide are summarized. When carbon content is more than normal content, graphite phase can separate out, whereas η phase can appear. Properties of cemented carbide are decreased unless carbon content varies in double phase.
