摘要
以深圳市居民为研究对象,选择深圳市内近3年内建成的中等偏高档次的商品居住小区中三房二厅居住单元(高层)为研究实例,以问卷和随机访谈的调查方法,探讨深圳市居民对居住单元室内空间的使用倾向。研究得出:①在三房二厅条件下,居民对各房间使用面积及总使用面积的需求增大;②居民希望改善单元内部的房间组成结构,特别应该增加书房、起居室和第二卫生间;③居民很重视餐厅和厨房之间密切的位置关系和主卧室与其他次卧室位置的相对独立关系。
The aim of this paper is to investigate the use tendency of residents on dwelling unit interior space in Shenzhen. Shenzhen＇s citizens and six 2-hall-3-bedroom type dwelling units within recent three years are taken as research samples.The result shows that： 1）The residents wish to have some more spaces for each room and for total space; 2）The residents require to improve the plan organization , especially having study room, living room and a second toilet; 3） The close position relationship between dining room and kitchen and the independent position relationship between master-room and other bedrooms are desirable.
