摘要
当前复杂动态管理环境下,管理复杂性问题日益突出。简化是处理管理复杂性的一种基本思路。探讨了简单性视角和复杂性视角下的复杂性简化问题。不同视角下简化方法具有不同的特点和适用性,但又存在着彼此的联系。
In today＇s complex and fast-moving management environments,the complexity ot management is prominent. A typical solution is to simplify it. This paper discussed two kinds of simplified methods ,one based on simplicity points,and another is based on complexity points. On one hand,they are different in characters and applicable range,on the other hand,there＇s a connection between them.
