摘要
以常见的四相8/6极开关磁阻电动机作为分析对象,利用ANSYS软件,采用二维有限元法对开关磁阻电动机的电磁场进行分析,建立了四个典型位置下的磁化曲线,计算得到定子一极所受径向力。通过与实测数据的比较,证明了有限元分析的精度。利用本研究结果可以精确计算电磁转矩和优化设计电动机结构,以减小径向力幅值,达到降低振动和噪声的目的。
Taking the common four-phase 8/6-pole SRM as the object of study, the paper analyzes the electromagnetic field of SRM with the method of FEA. With the software ANSYS, the radial force is computed, magnetization curves of four typical positions are found. Comparing to experiment data, we can know that the methods is valid. It's instructive to calculate magnetic torque and optimize the design of motor to achieve the reduction of vibration and noise.
