摘要
目的 建立紫外分光光度法测定补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素的含量。方法 补骨脂药材粉末经索氏提取2h,过聚酰胺柱后,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为245nm对补骨脂药材中的总呋喃香豆素进行测定。结果 采用该方法可准确测定补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素的含量,补骨脂素在1.008~10.08μl/ml范围内吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好,样品平均回收率为98、7%,精密度RSD为0.11%,重复性RSD为2.8%,稳定性RSD为0.75%(4h内)。结论 该方法简单、准确,可用于补骨脂药材中总呋喃香豆素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometry for determination of the total furanocoumarins in Fructus Prosraleae. Methods The powder of Fructus Psoraleae was extracted by CH3OH for two hours and puerariaed by polyamide column chromatography ;when it was determined by UV spectrophotometry, wave length was 245 nm. Results The method had good linear relationship from 1. 008μl/ml to 10.08 μl/ml,and the recovery rate was 98.7%. The relative standard deviation of accurate test and stability test were 2.8% and 0.75% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for determination of the total furanocoumarins in Fructus Psoraleae.
