摘要
研究了用GC-MS法测定猫爪草中脂肪酸及有机酸的方法。河南产猫爪草块根粉碎后过20目筛,分别用石油醚(60~90℃)和乙醚回流提取6h,提取液经浓缩后进行甲酯化,并由GC-MS法对其脂肪酸及有机酸的成分进行分析和鉴定。分析结果表明:两种提取剂的提取结果基本一致,猫爪草乙醚提取物中检测出含有23种物质,鉴定出其中的15种脂肪酸和有机酸,包括十四烷酸、十六烷酸、十八烷酸、二十烷酸、二十二烷酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等,其中不饱和脂肪酸占58.19%,亚油酸占35.68%。
The determination of fatty acids and organic acids in Chinese medicinal plant Ranunculus ternatus Thunb using GC-MS was studied. The Ranunculus ternatus Thunb from Henan province was cut into less than 20 mesh pieces, then extracted by petroleum ether or ether in refluxing and esteried, and finally was determined using GC-MS. The results show that there are 23 kinds of organic compounds in the Chinese medicinal plant Ranunculus ternatus Thunb from Henan, among which 15 kinds offatty acids were identified, including myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid, eicosanoic acid, docosanoic acid etc. The unsaturated fatty acids and oleic acid account for 58.19% and 35.68% of the total organic compounds respectively. The kinds of fatty acid in petroleum ether extract and ether extract are the same.
