前环内固定加外固定架治疗骨盆骨折 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨耻骨联合分离／耻骨上下支骨折合并骶骨骨折的治疗方法。方法应用C臂X线机透视下初步复位，前环切开复位，耻骨联合／耻骨上支单钢板内固定加前环外固定架固定治疗7例耻骨联合／耻骨上下支骨折合并骶骨骨折。结果全部病例随访8个月～2年，骨折全部愈合，肢体及关节功能恢复良好。结论应用前环内固定加外固定架治疗耻骨联合／耻骨上下支骨折合并骶骨骨折可以取得较好的l临床效果，但应注意预防外固定架针道感染。
