苯扎贝特合成过程中的杂质分离及工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 目的对分离得到的苯扎贝特合成过程中的一个杂质进行结构确证,分析其产生的原因,并由此提出了工艺改进的方法。方法用柱色谱分离得到该杂质。结果改进后苯扎贝特在其粗品中的含量由79%提高到93%。结论分离得到的该杂质是造成产品纯度降低的主要原因之一。 OBJECTIVE To isolat and analyse an impurity in the process of benzafibrate synthesis and identify its structure. According to its structure, we put forward the improved method of benzafibrate synthesis. METHODS In this paper, column chromatography has been used to isolat the impurity in benzafibrate. RESULTS Benzafibrate content in its crude production had been raised from 79% to 93% after improved. CONCLUSION The impurity was one of the reasons of the lower content of benzafibrat.
