摘要
目的用气相色谱法测定穴贴定喘膏中麝香酮的含量。方法样品用乙醚提取，氯仿溶解定容；HP-50＋柱，采用程序升温150℃-200℃，升温速率10℃／min；氢火焰离子化检测器（FID），260℃；进样口温度260℃；载气为N2，柱前压5psi。结果麝香酮在5．12-81．84μg／mL线性良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率100．34％，RSD=1．64％。结论本法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可作为本制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To determinate the content of muscone in Xuetie Dingchuan plaster by GC. METHODS The sample was extracted with aether and dissolved with chloroform. The contents were assayed by a HP-50 ＋ column with temperature programming which initial temperature was 150℃ and final temperature was 200℃ by rate of 10℃ per minute and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector（FID） which temperature was 260℃, using nitrogen as the cartier gas . The head pressure was 5 psi. The injector temperature was 260℃. RESULTS The standard curve of muscone was linear over the range of 5.12 - 81.84μg/mL（ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 100.34%, and RSD was 1.64%. CONCLUSION The method is proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, h can be reliable for the quality control of Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster.
