摘要
在高压反应釜中采用Mn-Ce和Co-Bi复合催化剂通过催化湿式氧化法处理丙烯腈废水。试验结果表明Mn-Ce和Co-Bi复合氧化物催化剂的活性强烈的依赖于Mn-Ce和Co-Bi的组成。Co-Bi复合催化剂对丙烯腈废水的氧化活性最高,且在酸性溶液中无金属离子溶出问题。在反应温度190~200℃,氧气的分压1.5~1.8MPa,反应时间为90min,丙烯腈废水的COD去除率超过90%。
Catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of wastewater from acrylonitrile production over complex oxides catalysts of Mn-Ce and Co-Bi was investigated in a high pressure reactor. Results showed that the activity of catalysts was intensely affected by composition of Mn-Ce and Co-Bi. Co-Bi catalysts have high catalytic activities and non-metal cation leaching in acidic wastewater. The removal efficiency of COD was over 90% under the appropriate operating condition of reaction temperature 190~200℃, oxygen pressure 1.5~1.8MPa and oxidation time 90min.
